When can I expect my order?
Turnaround time is currently 5-7 business days (not including weekends or holidays) once your order ships you will receive a email with tracking info. All orders are shipped USPS first class. Please allow 3-5 days for delivery in the US and 1- 3 weeks for international orders.
What if I need my order faster?
Not a problem at all! Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process your order right away!
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Please allow 1 - 3 weeks for delivery in addition to our turn around time!
International orders do not have a tracking number once they leave the US. Please note that they can take up to a month to receive. Seller is not responsible for customs fees and import taxes imposed on Buyer by their country of residence. Falsifying customs declaration forms in order to help a Buyer avoid these taxes and fees is against the law, and comes with a punishment of up to $10,000 USD with the possibility of up to 5 years of imprisonment. Seller is not responsible for calculating import fees. Buyer may use the tool found at the web site below to estimate import fees; however, be aware the fees may be higher since this calculator does not include fees charged by postal service or carriers for handling the duty or tax.
Do you offer returns and/or exchanges?
Yes! Please email us within 7 days of receiving your order at email@example.com please make sure you have your order # to expedite the process. We do not accept returns on custom items but will definitely work with you if there is an issue to make sure it is perfect.
